The first delivery of products of the Massa Izolyator Mehru Pvt. Ltd. a Russian-Indian Joint Venture took place
On 5 January 2022, the first batch of high-voltage bushings manufactured by the Massa Izolyator Mehru Pvt. Ltd. a Russian-Indian Joint Venture was shipped.

Massa Izolyator Mehru Pvt. Ltd. a Russian-Indian Joint Venture (MIM) was created by Russian company ‘Izolyator’ and Indian company ‘Mehru Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (P) Ltd.’. The JV company produces, maintains and sells high-voltage RIP bushings rated up to 420 kV for power equipment in India and other Asian countries. MIM is approved by Power Grid Corporation of India Limited as manufacturer of RIP bushings up to 420 kV. The MIM production facilities is located at Bhiwadi, India.
The first customer of the company's products was the Indian industrial company Transformers & Rectifiers (India) Limited: 13 units of 145 kV bushings will be used as components in the production of single-phase shunt reactors with a nominal power of 5 MVAr each.
These reactors are intended for the needs of the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited.
The delivered high-voltage bushings are assembled entirely from parts and assemblies made in India, with the exception of insulating cores delivered from Russia, which are manufactured at the Izolyator Production Complex using RIP technology of a proprietary design.
