Massa LLC (Izolyator Company), Russia in collaboration with Indian partner Mehru Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Private Ltd. have formed the company Massa Izolyator Mehru Pvt. Ltd (MIM Pvt. Ltd ). The JV company shall be providing complete manufacturing and services of HV RIP bushings rated up to 420kV in production facilities based at Bhiwadi, India. In October-2019 the Ministry of Corporate Affairs of India has issued a certificate of registration to Russian-Indian JV MIM Pvt. Ltd in compliance with the Indian laws.

Creation of MIM Pvt. Ltd is indeed a specific project strategically targeted not only for the Indian Power sector market but also aimed to become a part of the international professional community.

It will be proposing to share a unique experience of most advanced production technologies with know -how of Massa LLC and Mehru combined in development, production and supply of high quality HV RIP bushings to all our valued Customers in India and world-wide. Based on Massa LLC & Mehru share distribution in JV Company , Massa LLC is the major share - holding Partner & also Guarantor of transferring of the highest quality standards in technology and philosophy of production, testing, know-hows, R&D support, before- and after-sales support into a newly formed JV Company in India.

It means that quality of MIM Pvt. Ltd. products and Massa LLC products is completely of same standard as per IEC.
