Mehru Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (P) Ltd. manufactures Instrument Transformers up to 420 kV.

The purpose of the visit is planning and coordination of initial works under the agreement on a J/V set up between Mehru Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (P) Ltd. and Izolyator.
The signing ceremony took place in August 2018 during the 47th CIGRE Session in Paris in presence of the management of the largest power grid companies of Russia and India: Federal Grid Company of the Unified Energy System and Power Grid Corporation of India Limited.
The sides discussed the key priorities of a unified strategy on the global market of high-voltage equipment, outlined a plan of organizational steps to ensure and efficient interaction and agreed on further practical steps in realization of the J/V project, envisaged by the Paris agreement.
